Description

You provide expert technical and non-technical support to a global customer base, focusing on first-call resolution and deep troubleshooting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-call resolution for complex technical and non-technical issues.
• Troubleshoot known and unknown issues using product documentation and experience.
• Analyze multi-platform integration issues using fault-finding methodologies.
• Create and update support documentation for the internal Knowledge Base.
• Escalate complex problems and collaborate cross-functionally to advocate for customer needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 3 years in technical support or a similar role.
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer orientation with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage diverse workloads under pressure.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and Solaris operating systems.
• Intermediate SQL skills (Oracle, MySQL, or DB2).
• Experience or knowledge of AWS, Azure, or GCP.
