You will improve workflows and user experience for insurance providers and consumers.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage in product definition discussions with Product Managers and Product Owners to identify user needs.
• Drive problem-solving methodology over solution-first approaches with Product and Engineering teams.
• Develop user testing strategies and mentor designers on user testing frameworks.
• Translate research findings into evidence-based wireframes, presentations, and UX documents.
• Partner with team members to evolve the visual language, interaction patterns, and design system.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a software or agency setting.
• Proficiency in user-centered design principles and data-driven design strategies.
• Expertise in leading usability testing: planning, recruiting, analyzing results, and communicating findings.
• Experience working with design systems and/or pattern libraries.
• Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals: color, typography, composition, space, and information visualization.
• Proficiency in design thinking methodologies, using empathy and critical thinking to frame problems.
• Experience with Universal and Inclusive design practices.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Axure RP.
