You will lead end-to-end design for multiple features and projects to ensure a seamless user experience.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design for features and projects from concept to implementation.
• Conduct user research and feedback sessions to validate and iterate on designs.
• Use analytics and data insights to drive user-centered design decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
• Mentor junior designers through constructive feedback and skill development.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of relevant design experience.
• 2+ years of experience designing B2C products.
• Proven track record of delivering end-to-end UX/UI solutions for mobile applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Experience working with design systems.
• UX Design and Wireframing expertise.
• Visual Design and Graphic Design skills.
• Ability to align design vision with stakeholders and technical teams.

• Any Graduate education.
