Description

You will design scalable solutions for complex data and user workflow challenges using user-centered design and systems thinking.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and data analysis to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivators.
• Develop information architectures, search and navigation systems, and content structures.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering to define product experience strategy and solutions.
• Create customer journey maps, task flows, and design concepts to inform product priorities.
• Translate abstract concepts into sketches, diagrams, rapid prototypes, and final design executions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in a Product Design or UX role, ideally in enterprise environments.
• Expert-level knowledge of user-centered design practices applied to end-to-end projects.
• Proficiency with Figma and collaboration/analysis tools including Miro, Lucid, Mixpanel, and Fullstory.
• Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data to guide design decisions.
• Ability to communicate and support design decisions through a portfolio of flows and completed designs.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Bachelor's degree in Digital Design, Human Centered Design, Psychology, or equivalent.
