Description

You will design user experiences for subscription acquisition and growth initiatives, iterating on A/B testing concepts across the subscription funnel. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design subscription checkout, onboarding, and conversion experiences to drive growth.
• Create and iterate on A/B testing concepts across the subscription funnel.
• Produce wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present design rationale and contribute to strategic initiatives like AI-driven experiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, specifically in Growth Design.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma for producing high-fidelity designs and prototypes.
• Proven experience designing for A/B testing and experimentation workflows.
• Strong expertise in Product UX, Information Architecture, and User Flows.
• Experience using modern AI design tools.
• Ability to balance rapid experimentation with long-term product vision.
• Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with subscription products, SaaS platforms, or consumer technology.
• Background in companies with mature experimentation cultures.
