Description

You will own the evolution of the DPO UI and UX through the entire design lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Create customer journeys, wireframes, and visual mockups to define end-to-end user experiences.
• Build prototypes to socialize ideas internally, test with end-users, and define interactive patterns for front-end development.
• Partner with Product Management to plan user journeys across the employee ecosystem.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility by leveraging and contributing components to the design system.
• Integrate qualitative and quantitative research findings into design iterations to close product gaps.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
• Proficiency in creating high-fidelity prototypes and interactive patterns.
• Experience using UX Research to inform design decisions.
• Ability to lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers and Engineers.
• Experience translating user feedback into actionable design iterations.
• Strong understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
• Experience working within and contributing to established design systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working within the Adobe ecosystem.
