Description

Lead the end-to-end design process for digital solutions, from initial discovery to final implementation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on product strategy, feature reviews, and sprint rituals.
• Plan and conduct user research to generate product requirements and evaluate design effectiveness.
• Build and iterate low-to-high fidelity UI prototypes to communicate design intent to cross-functional teams.
• Develop and maintain digital design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries.
• Mentor junior designers in design competencies and ensure consistency across deliverables.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design or User Experience (UX).
• Expert proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with Lean UX, Agile discovery, and delivery.
• Proven ability to conduct UX research and synthesize insights into actionable designs.
• Experience leading the creation of digital design systems and interactive models.
• Proficiency in web and responsive web design using user-centered design principles.
• Experience using software workflow tools such as Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VersionOne.
