Description

You will own product development from customer pain points through to deployed, observable code.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Translate customer requirements into functional code, iterating via spikes and minimal fixes until friction drops measurably.
• Own features end-to-end: design, coding, testing, deployment, observation, and maintenance.
• Shape integration patterns, API contracts, and event schemas in collaboration with peers.
• Build and operate LLM/RAG agents, implementing autonomy controls, safety guardrails, and evaluation harnesses.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, secure coding practices, and incident response within the development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, and Angular for full-stack development.
• Proficiency with Python, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Fluency in integrating with ERP data models, APIs, and workflows (specifically Epicor ERPs).
• Experience building and deploying secure, multi-tenant SaaS services.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and SDLC practices, including backlog hygiene and quality gates.
• Ability to optimize latency, throughput, and operational costs.
• Experience building and managing AI/ML workflows, including evaluation and telemetry.
