Architect and develop scalable backend services integrating agentic AI into complex workflows.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop scalable backend services using Python, incorporating frontend work in Angular or React and Node.js.
• Integrate agentic AI features into core workflows, ensuring auditability and human-in-the-loop design.
• Implement observability tools, including logging, metrics, tracing, and production dashboards.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, feature flags, and safe deployment practices.
• Mentor junior team members through code reviews and pair programming.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering or product development.
• Strong proficiency in Python for backend development.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tooling (prompting, RAG, evals, telemetry).
• Applied experience with agentic AI systems, LLMs, or AI workflow automation.
• Expertise in cloud platforms (preferably Azure) and modern DevOps practices.
• Hands-on experience with microservices-based architecture.
• Solid understanding of secure coding and scalable architecture.
• Experience with ETL/pipelines, connectors, retrieval patterns, and event-driven architectures.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with React/TypeScript, Angular, or Node.js for full-stack development.
• Experience designing complex agentic orchestration systems.
