Description

Lead 0-to-1 development of a new digital healthcare product, transforming defined features into a scalable user experience.

Drive 0–1 product execution by aligning workstreams across design, engineering, and platform teams. Translate high-level strategy into a cohesive product experience, identifying where to reuse existing components and where to build new capabilities. Orchestrate cross-functional efforts between experience teams focused on UX/UI and platform teams focused on backend services and data architecture. Guide iterative MVP development through prototyping, testing, and phased feature delivery. Ensure regulatory readiness by collaborating with legal and clinical stakeholders to meet HIPAA and FDA requirements.

Responsibilities

Required Skills

• 7+ years of enterprise-level Product Management experience.
• Proven track record of driving the development of new digital products from scratch.
• Extensive experience working with both platform and experience product teams.
• 5+ years of experience in healthcare environments with deep knowledge of HIPAA requirements.
• Experience managing product development within FDA regulatory frameworks.
• Competency in data architecture and backend service integration.
• Ability to lead through influence within matrixed, complex organizations.
• Strong systems thinking to balance immediate delivery with long-term scalability.

Preferred Skills

• Background in patient- or provider-facing digital health tools.
• Experience navigating systems using modular services and shared design patterns.
