You will own the product strategy and execution for the GenAI platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver measurable business outcomes, linking GenAI initiatives to tangible impact metrics.
• Own the AI/ML evaluation strategy, translating technical metrics into business value for data-driven trade-offs.
• Write and manage detailed product requirements and specifications for GenAI platform features.
• Develop the product roadmap by prioritizing features based on customer feedback, GenAI advancements, and business objectives.
• Drive the development of reusable platform components that accelerate AI agent creation and manage the transition of custom solutions to scalable features.

Required Skills

• 5-10 years of experience in AI or GenAI platform product management with proven business impact.
• Experience with RAG, GenAI ChatBOT, AI Agents, LLMs, NLP, ML, and Search.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate experiments to measure impact and optimize for customer satisfaction.
• Deep understanding of RAG, agent workflows, and user experience design principles.
• Ability to translate complex AI capabilities into actionable, user-centered product features.
• Technical aptitude to engage with engineering teams regarding AI architecture tradeoffs.
• Strong data analysis capabilities with experience planning platform backlogs using data and insights.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field.
