Description

Lead the development and delivery of data products from ideation through launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients, strategists, and architects to define business goals and product propositions.
• Develop product vision, strategy, and roadmaps using market research and design thinking.
• Define objective goals, success criteria, and KPIs to measure quantifiable business outcomes.
• Lead multiple delivery teams to ensure timely release of quality data products.
• Manage client and vendor relationships through proactive communication and risk mitigation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in product management and digital product delivery.
• Proven track record of creating enterprise solutions from ideation to launch.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Lean, and continuous delivery principles.
• Technical knowledge of OT infrastructure, including SCADA devices and OSIsoft/AVEVA PI historian systems.
• Hands-on experience with data engineering or machine learning on Azure cloud.
• Working knowledge of DevOps, MLOps, and CloudOps processes.
• Domain knowledge in Renewable Energy businesses such as Solar, Wind, or Geothermal.
• Ability to influence teams and stakeholders without direct authority.

Preferred Skills

• Certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager or Agile Product Manager designation.
• Azure Data or AI Engineer certification.
