Description

Own product roadmaps for CRM, lifecycle marketing, and customer engagement platforms, driving segmentation, journey orchestration, personalization, and campaign automation across Email, SMS, In-app, and push channels.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain product roadmaps for CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
• Leverage data analytics to synthesize trends and make informed product decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize workflows.
• Manage product operations using campaign analytics, CDPs, and marketing automation tools.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in all deliverables through rigorous attention to detail.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of product management experience.
• Proven track record owning product roadmaps in CRM or customer engagement platforms.
• Deep familiarity with CRM concepts including customer segmentation and lifecycle orchestration.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello).
• Proficiency with product operations tools like CDPs and internal documentation (Confluence).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills.
