Description

You will own the end-to-end product strategy and lifecycle for restaurant operational technology solutions, spanning Web, CMS, POS, Mobile, digital menus, and AI-driven tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define product requirements and roadmaps for AI assistant platforms, digital production management, and order accuracy systems.
• Drive product discovery, experimentation, and metric definition to deliver measurable improvements in labor efficiency and guest experience.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, and Operations to execute pilots and scale successful solutions across the network.
• Build financial impact analyses and rollout plans to support scaling decisions and strategic pivots.
• Manage day-to-day product execution for assigned Ops Technology initiatives.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience with proven ownership of product strategy.
• Strong fundamentals in product discovery, roadmap prioritization, and experimentation frameworks.
• Ability to analyze operational workflows and define success metrics for complex systems.
• Experience building financial models to support investment and scaling decisions.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills to align Engineering, Design, and Business stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Restaurant or QSR environments.
• Background in AI-enabled ordering technologies or computer vision solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering products that improve throughput and order accuracy.
