Description

You will lead the planning and execution of complex product innovation and renovation projects from ideation through commercialization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire project lifecycle through the QUEST process, including scoping, planning, execution, and closure.
• Lead cross-functional teams across R&D, marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure alignment on goals and timelines.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
• Oversee resource allocation and budget adherence to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
• Track performance metrics such as time-to-market and post-launch success to drive process improvements.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in project management with a focus on product development or launches.
• Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional projects, ideally within the FMCG sector.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Project or Smartsheet.com.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in risk management and problem-solving in high-pressure environments.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification.
