Description

You will lead the consolidation and modernization of pharmacy benefit management client reporting interfaces, owning the roadmap for a unified browser-based platform.

Responsibilities

• Assess existing reporting capabilities and identify gaps in current front-end delivery.
• Evaluate new predictive modeling and analytics opportunities from a business value perspective.
• Translate complex business needs into actionable user stories, requirements, and epics for engineering teams.
• Manage the complexity of multiple reporting pillars, including predictive modeling and data visualization.

Required Skills

• 10-15 years of product management experience.
• Proven background in software product management with a focus on browser-based applications.
• Deep expertise in data analytics and Business Intelligence (BI).
• Experience managing complex data reporting structures and front-end user experiences.
• Ability to translate mathematical modeling and predictive analytics into product requirements.
• Strong capability in requirement elicitation and backlog management (user stories, epics).
• Experience working within high-complexity data environments.
