Description

You will lead end-to-end program delivery for complex, multi-team technical workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Own program delivery across multiple technical projects, defining milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.
• Anticipate planning gaps and project risks to develop proactive contingency plans.
• Monitor project progress against schedule and scope to ensure predictable outcomes and meet customer expectations.
• Act as the primary point of contact for program execution, providing regular updates on risks and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Drive alignment across business stakeholders, product owners, and various vendors.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Project Management.
• Proven track record managing large, complex, multi-team programs.
• Expertise in risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance.
• Strong background working directly with Business and Product teams.
• Experience with enterprise systems, integrations, or platform delivery.
• Technical Program Management expertise.
• Project Management skills.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Disputes, Payments, Financial Services, or BFSI.
• Certifications such as PMP, SAFe, or Scrum Master.
• Experience with global onshore/offshore delivery models.
• Exposure to cloud, APIs, data platforms, or large enterprise architectures.
