Drive product strategy and roadmap alignment to meet strategic business goals.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and align the product roadmap with long-term strategic objectives.
• Manage the product backlog by defining and maintaining epics alongside Agile development teams.
• Partner with senior management to integrate products into the broader company portfolio.
• Research market trends, user needs, and roadmap viability to inform business decisions.
• Communicate product requirements and value propositions to technologists, stakeholders, and external partners.

Required Skills

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience, including at least 5 years as a Product Manager.
• Mandatory SAFe certification.
• In-depth knowledge of Agile processes and principles.
• Experience with Google Analytics and the Aha tool.
• Domain expertise in healthcare, specifically on the Payor side.
• Technical familiarity with digital tools and backend technology.
• Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience.
