Description

You will own the Apparel Creation Experience, managing the end-to-end Make-to-Order front-end process from design to manufacturing specification.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MTO front-end process, addressing Liquid Pixel challenges and evolving toward GenAI apparel solutions.
• Drive value stream improvements through technology and tech-enabled operations.
• Execute build, buy, or partner decisions to scale product capabilities.
• Lead and influence cross-functional teams to meet aggressive goals through high-judgment product decisions.
• Navigate ambiguity to drive clarity in complex technical and product situations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of product management experience focused on mass market consumers.
• Proficiency in Product Management, Data Analysis, and Web Applications.
• Experience managing design system migrations and working with design systems.
• Deep understanding of eCommerce customer navigation patterns and Home page experiences.
• Ability to discuss technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs, and new product platforms with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• BA/BS degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business Administration.
