Description

You will own the end-to-end study lifecycle for ML/AI customer experience evaluation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the study lifecycle from initial scoping and execution to delivering findings and recommendations to leadership.
• Design and build proof of concept experiments to measure the quality of customer experiences powered by ML/AI.
• Create product and feature proposals to scale and automate the evaluation of customer experiences.
• Write business and technical requirements for AI evaluation features prioritized for development.
• Contribute to the team roadmap by synthesizing AWS product plans, customer needs, and industry trends.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product management, program management, product marketing, business development, or technology.
• Proven track record of owning roadmap strategy and end-to-end product delivery.
• Experience managing feature delivery and navigating technical tradeoffs.
• Knowledge of ML/AI, GenAI, and LLMs.
• Proficiency in Python, Spark, and SQL for coding prototypes and manipulating datasets.
• Experience with AWS services.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to contribute to engineering discussions regarding technology decisions and product strategy.
• Experience representing and advocating for critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level planning.

Preferred Skills

• Graduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
• MBA or Master's degree in business.
• Excellence in technical communication across all seniority levels.
