Description

You will own product strategy and execution within the financial domain.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements.
• Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), process maps, and transaction flow diagrams.
• Collaborate with engineering, QA, and UI/UX teams to deliver features.
• Ensure end-to-end accuracy in funding, settlement, and reconciliation processes.
• Participate in sprint planning, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release management.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Product Manager in banking or financial services.
• Familiarity with APIs and Microservices architectures.
• Experience with digital banking systems.
• Proficiency in the Product Manager function.
• Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Business Analysis practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
