Description

Lead product marketing for Identity Management to drive adoption and increase customer lifetime value.

Responsibilities

• Partner with sales and marketing to map customer journeys and drive product adoption.
• Drive sales readiness by equipping sellers with resources to demonstrate product value throughout the purchase cycle.
• Collaborate with product management to provide market insights that shape product direction.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and advise the competitive intelligence team to establish market differentiation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of combined product management or product marketing experience.
• Background in SaaS, IaaS, or security software.
• Knowledge of cyber security, identity governance, and lifecycle management.
• Understanding of how identity and security technologies integrate into a broader cybersecurity ecosystem.
• Experience engaging both technical and business audiences.
• Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Expertise in product management.
• Experience with Okta and governance frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience with Okta products.
