Sr. Product Owner

You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle and the technology/functional roadmap for a complex software initiative.

Responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and end-to-end lifecycle at the technology and functional level.
• Manage the product backlog and priorities through regular grooming sessions with business and technology partners.
• Partner with stakeholders to define product vision, identify customer experience opportunities, and articulate initiative scope, benefits, and ROI.
• Define solutions to complex technical, functional, process, and policy challenges impacting customer experience.
• Communicate technical and non-technical requirements clearly to leadership and diverse audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Owner experience.
• 3+ years of experience in an agile software product development environment.
• Proven success delivering software using Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Strong requirements elicitation and concise technical writing skills.
• Experience with successive elaboration to develop Initiatives, Features, and User Stories for DevOps teams.
• Ability to analyze and synthesize product use data to drive decision-making.
• Experience delivering large and complex business and technology initiatives.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for interacting with leadership and technical teams.

Preferred Skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Software Developer, Systems Analyst, or IT Architect.
• Experience with Agile backlog and project management tools.
