Description

You will own the product backlog and drive feature delivery for the Transmission Utility.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, ensuring epics, features, and PBIs are prioritized and aligned with business goals.
• Write high-quality user stories with acceptance criteria that meet the Definition of Ready.
• Conduct backlog refinement sessions involving engineering, QA, architecture, and stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary liaison for the squad, ensuring delivery teams maintain clarity throughout each sprint.
• Monitor delivery metrics and collaborate with engineering to improve throughput.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or senior Business Analyst with direct requirements writing responsibility.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-quality user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).
• Product Owner certification (CSPO, PSPO, PMPO, or equivalent).
• Experience partnering with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Strong communication skills translating between business and technology.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the utility sector.
