Description

You will drive project requirements and team execution as a Product Owner and Business Analyst.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories and maintain the product backlog.
• Support the Scrum Master in facilitating agile ceremonies and meetings.
• Take full ownership of product decisions and requirements when required.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable tasks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Product Owner or Business Analyst roles.
• Proven experience working with Jira.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Must hold a valid Agile or Scrum certification.
• Experience contributing to at least one or two projects involving AI/ML tools.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate status.
• Ability to work in a hybrid capacity, commuting to Reston, VA for bi-weekly sprint meetings.
