You will act as an Accessibility Training Specialist focused on ensuring product compliance and developer readiness.

Responsibilities

• Test web-based applications and Windows desktops for accessibility compliance.
• Execute accessibility testing on native mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms.
• Develop and deliver accessibility training programs.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define and implement accessibility requirements.
• Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing for web and Windows desktop applications.
• Proven experience testing native mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Experience creating formal accessibility training content.
• Direct experience working alongside developers and product owners on technical requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) certifications.
