Description

You will own product compliance and developer readiness for accessibility across web, desktop, and mobile platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Test web-based applications and Windows desktops for accessibility compliance.
• Execute accessibility testing on native iOS and Android mobile applications.
• Develop and deliver formal accessibility training programs for engineering teams.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define and implement technical accessibility requirements.
• Manage relationships with cross-functional stakeholders within an agile environment.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in product or quality assurance roles.
• Hands-on experience with accessibility testing for web and Windows desktop applications.
• Proven experience testing native mobile applications on iOS and Android.
• Experience creating and delivering formal accessibility training content.
• Direct experience working alongside developers and product owners on technical requirements.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working within agile methodologies.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Skills

• International Association of Accessibility Professionals (IAAP) certifications.
