Description

You will serve as the primary client-facing Product Owner, defining product vision and owning the backlog for manufacturing and quality process solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with manufacturing, customer service, and quality requirements.
• Translate business and operational needs into structured product backlogs, story maps, and clear execution plans.
• Engage directly with operational teams through workshops and observation to understand workflows and value drivers.
• Steer solution development in coordination with UX, engineering, and delivery teams across multiple locations.
• Support implementation activities by providing product guidance, validation, and decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with MES and/or ERP systems in a manufacturing context.
• Proven ability to work effectively with distributed, international delivery teams.
• Strong client-facing posture with experience working directly with operational and executive stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the luxury industry or high-end manufacturing environments.
