Description

Lead product direction for ServiceNow Field Service Management implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed user stories and manage the product backlog to ensure clear development requirements.
• Prioritize features and tasks to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business, development, and QA teams to align technical delivery with operational needs.
• Manage stakeholders through clear communication regarding product roadmap and progress.
• Apply field service operation best practices to optimize workflows.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role within an Agile environment.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with ServiceNow Field Service Management (FSM).
• Deep understanding of field service operations and workflows.
• Working knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, integrations, and CMDB.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Proven ability to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.

Preferred Skills

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or FSM Micro-Certification.
• Experience with mobile workforce enablement and scheduling optimization.
• Background in telecom, utilities, or manufacturing industries.
