Define and own the product vision, translating business and operational needs into structured roadmaps and backlogs for manufacturing solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Engage with on-site operational teams through workshops and observation to understand workflows, constraints, and value drivers.
• Translate business requirements into product backlogs, story maps, and clear roadmaps aligned with manufacturing and quality processes.
• Steer solution development in close coordination with UX, engineering, and delivery teams across multiple locations.
• Ensure ongoing alignment between client expectations and delivery execution, supporting prioritization, trade-off decisions, and scope clarity.
• Provide product guidance, validation, and decision-making throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with MES and/or ERP systems in a manufacturing context.
• Strong client-facing posture with demonstrated experience working directly with operational and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to define product vision and ensure alignment with manufacturing, customer service, and quality process requirements.
• Experience translating business needs into structured product backlogs and roadmaps.
• Proven track record of steering solution development with UX and engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in the luxury industry or high-end manufacturing environments.
