Description

You will serve as the primary client-facing Product Owner connecting business stakeholders with engineering and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, ensuring alignment with manufacturing, customer service, and quality process requirements.
• Translate operational needs into structured product backlogs, story maps, and clear product roadmaps.
• Engage with on-site operational teams through workshops, interviews, and observation to map workflows and constraints.
• Steer solution development in coordination with UX, engineering, and delivery teams across multiple locations.
• Manage prioritization, trade-off decisions, and scope clarity to align client expectations with execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Hands-on experience with MES and/or ERP systems.
• Direct experience working with operational and executive stakeholders.
• Ability to work effectively with distributed, international delivery teams.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Knowledge of Quality Process requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the luxury industry or high-end manufacturing environments.
