Description

You will own the product vision and delivery for an enterprise GenAI platform, translating business needs into technical specifications and guiding tenant teams from ideation to production.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define platform capabilities and feature requirements using a product mindset and structured business analysis.
• Manage iterative delivery, backlog prioritization, and cross-functional collaboration within Agile/SDLC frameworks.
• Guide tenant teams through onboarding milestones, ensuring alignment and clarity from ideation to production.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and drive improvements in workflows, documentation, and lightweight automation tools.
• Review Python code and data flows to troubleshoot integration issues and analyze API patterns at a functional-technical level.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership or business analysis within Agile/SDLC environments.
• Familiarity with Generative AI concepts, including LLMs, prompt workflows, enterprise GenAI patterns, and responsible AI.
• Technical acumen to review Python code, understand data schemas, and perform basic troubleshooting on data-related issues.
• Strong ability to evaluate use cases, gather requirements, and translate business needs into clear technical specifications.
• Experience designing lightweight automations, dashboards, or workflow tools to improve scale and transparency.
• Structured communication skills for clear, concise interaction with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to identify platform dependencies, assess capability gaps, and troubleshoot integration issues end-to-end.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with stakeholder management and guiding cross-functional teams through complex onboarding stages.
