Description

You own and manage features, from simple to complex, within AuthHub teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and the AuthHub development team for resolving complex service requests.
• Coordinate the development of technology solutions that meet business needs and objectives, overseeing program and project implementation.
• Translate business strategy into actionable work programs and processes.
• Manage scope, estimation, project status, and reporting.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience working in an Agile Methodology team, leading successful project delivery.
• 5+ years' experience as a business analyst or project manager.
• Experience in design principles and design patterns.
• Strong background in a disciplined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
• Proficiency in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, burn down/velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.
• Experience creating Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epics, stories, flow diagrams, and test plans.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology partners.
• Experience documenting in Jira, Remedy, and Confluence.
