You own and manage features, from simple to complex, within AuthHub teams.
Responsibilities
Serve as the single point of contact and escalation point between the client/business area and the AuthHub development team for resolving complex service requests.
Coordinate the development of technology solutions that meet business needs and objectives, overseeing program and project implementation.
Translate business strategy into actionable work programs and processes.
Manage scope, estimation, project status, and reporting.
Required Skills
5+ years experience working in an Agile Methodology team, leading successful project delivery.
5+ years' experience as a business analyst or project manager.
Experience in design principles and design patterns.
Strong background in a disciplined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.
Proficiency in Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, burn down/velocity reporting, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.
Experience creating Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epics, stories, flow diagrams, and test plans.
Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology partners.
Experience documenting in Jira, Remedy, and Confluence.
