Description

You own and manage features, from simple to complex, within AuthHub teams, serving as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology solution development to meet business objectives and oversee program implementation.
• Translate business strategy into actionable work programs and processes.
• Manage scope, estimation, project status, and reporting for service requests.
• Act as the single point of contact and escalation for complex issues between clients and the AuthHub team.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Agile Methodology teams leading successful project delivery.
• 5+ years' experience as a business analyst or project manager.
• Strong background in disciplined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proficiency in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and retrospectives.
• Experience creating Business Requirements Documents, wireframes, epics, stories, flow diagrams, and test plans.
• Knowledge of design principles and design patterns.
• Proficiency in Jira, Remedy, and Confluence for documentation.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate effectively with both business and technology partners.
