Description

Lead technical delivery and product impact analysis for banking and card processing systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and perform product impact analysis to identify technical solutions.
• Coordinate the creation and review of technical specifications with the development team.
• Guide team members through development and implementation phases, including support for offshore resources.
• Monitor deliverables against timelines and apprise stakeholders of project progress, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Address production incidents according to SLAs and identify areas for performance optimization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in banking or card processing domains.
• Expertise in COBOL and CICS.
• Deep knowledge of DB2 and mainframe environments.
• Hands-on experience with TS2 or VisionPLUS.
• Proven ability to perform coding activities and technical solution design.
• Experience leading teams and managing offshore delivery.
• Ability to conduct technical impact analysis on business requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Equivalent card processing knowledge and related coding skills.
