Description

You will provide high-level production support and technical oversight for banking applications in a late shift capacity (10am – 7pm PST).

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage ITSM processes including incident, change, disaster recovery, and problem management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot the API technology stack to ensure efficient functionality.
• Manage batch file processing to ensure timely and accurate execution of all batch jobs.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts to streamline operational processes.
• Coordinate release management for new features and updates to ensure minimal disruption.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in production support and IT Service Management (ITSM).
• Mandatory experience within the banking and financial services domain.
• Proficiency with API technology stacks and troubleshooting.
• Experience with batch file processing and management.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with automation and scripting.
• Proven track record in release management.
• Ability to work the required late shift (10am – 7pm PST).

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certifications.
• Experience with specific monitoring tools and automation frameworks.
