Description

You manage production support operations and ITSM processes within a banking domain environment.

You will troubleshoot complex technical issues across the API technology stack and batch file processing systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage incident, change, problem, and disaster recovery processes to maintain system stability.
• Execute release management tasks and coordinate deployment activities.
• Automate manual tasks through scripting and monitoring to improve operational efficiency.
• Communicate technical resolutions and status updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in production support and ITSM.
• Proficiency in SQL and API technology stacks.
• Hands-on experience with batch file processing and monitoring.
• Strong knowledge of incident management and change management frameworks.
• Experience with automation, scripting, and release management.
• Deep understanding of banking industry regulations and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL, SQL, or related technical certifications.
• Experience with specific automation frameworks and monitoring tools.
