Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Master Data Management solutions using Profisee.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement MDM architecture as an enterprise-wide solution.
• Configure match and merge rules, trust matrices, match paths, and data stewardship workflows.
• Conduct data profiling and quality analysis to identify gaps and data anomalies.
• Perform data cataloging and analysis using Microsoft Purview.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in workshops to gather requirements and define MDM criteria.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of IT experience with 6+ years in MDM architecture, design, and development.
• Extensive experience with the Profisee MDM tool.
• Strong background in C# and .NET.
• 6+ years of ETL development, support, and operations experience with a focus on data quality.
• In-depth knowledge of Bill Inmon and Ralph Kimball data warehouse methodologies.
• Experience implementing multi-domain MDM for large-scale organizations.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries for data analysis and profiling.
• Expertise in data cataloging using Microsoft Purview.
• Deep understanding of data lineage, data mapping, data governance, and data dictionaries.

Preferred Skills

• Experience gathering business requirements through direct collaboration with SMEs and product managers.
