Description

You will manage project, release, operations, and organizational change management for the eLicense service area.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple work efforts, developing project plans, schedules, and artifacts.
• Triage and assign incoming incidents, manage the request backlog, and monitor SLA performance and KPI metrics.
• Coordinate with Managed Service Providers to scope, schedule, and manage release enhancements and legislative mandates.
• Build stakeholder relationships and present proposals to technical and non-technical audiences to drive outcomes.
• Identify and execute Organizational Change Management (OCM) requirements.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in project and program management.
• Expertise in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
• Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong background in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
• Experience in vendor and Managed Service Provider relationship management.
• Ability to manage incident backlogs and track SLA performance.
• Proven experience in release scope management and stakeholder communication.
• Degree in any field.
