Description

Lead complex strategic portfolios and multiple programs to achieve key business objectives. Manage portfolio scope, budget, and schedule while ensuring all programs deliver intended benefits. Direct cross-functional teams and resolve resource escalations to optimize priority-based allocation. Own financial management, including analyzing program financials, forecasting progress, and communicating risks to executives. Identify, mitigate, and escalate portfolio-level risks involving senior leadership. Mentor Project and Program Managers and oversee the development of business and technical requirement documents.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of program management and consulting experience in retail or healthcare.
• Proven experience managing program budgets of at least $20M.
• Expertise in developing project charters, scope definitions, management plans, and financial forecasts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and staff at all organizational levels.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience establishing and managing a Project Management Office (PMO).
