Description

Lead complex strategic portfolios and multiple programs to achieve key business objectives.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio scope, budget, and schedule to ensure program success.
• Direct cross-functional teams and resolve resource escalations.
• Own financial management, forecasting, and executive risk communication.
• Identify and mitigate portfolio-level risks with senior leadership.
• Mentor managers and oversee business and technical requirement documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years of program management and consulting experience in retail or healthcare.
• Proven experience managing program budgets of at least $20M.
• Expertise in developing project charters, scope definitions, management plans, and financial forecasts.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and staff at all organizational levels.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Bachelor's Degree.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience establishing and managing a Project Management Office (PMO).
