Description

Own cross-departmental planning and product release management, reporting directly to the Senior Leadership Team.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product release management, including kickoff coordination, task tracking, and risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in partnership with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
• Monitor release performance against key milestones and KPIs, providing data-driven insights to leadership.
• Refine scalable release management processes by incorporating stakeholder feedback and operational learnings.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps, removing blockers, and enforcing best practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or operational leadership within SaaS or technology organizations.
• Proven track record implementing and scaling enterprise operating models.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management and release governance.
• Strong ability to influence leadership stakeholders and lead cross-functional organizations.
• Familiarity with tools such as Rally, SharePoint, and Miro.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience in the insurance or insurtech industry is a plus.

Preferred Skills

• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile, Scrum) or an advanced degree (MBA).
