You will lead design and implementation teams to deliver a large-scale corporate website redesign project.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation teams to execute the corporate website redesign.
• Drive long-term vision and strategies for the corporate website platform.
• Coordinate with digital marketing and creative strategists to conduct discovery interviews and workshops for 30+ participants.
• Partner with business owners and agile product teams to build roadmaps and manage backlogs.
• Manage stakeholder mapping, communication plans, and expectation management across senior management, customers, and vendors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in digital product management or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing large-scale corporate website implementation initiatives.
• Expertise in omnichannel strategy, SEO strategy, and measurement strategy.
• Deep understanding of design thinking, UI/UX design strategy, and content strategy.
• Knowledge of accessibility guidelines and design systems.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.
• Proficiency in agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, prioritization, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with E-Commerce and UX design.
