You will lead end-to-end legal case management system implementations, from process documentation to post-implementation evaluation.
Responsibilities
Document "as-is" business processes by conducting agency briefings and interviewing staff to capture workflows, reporting, and analysis requirements.
Manage SaaS vendor implementations, including software demonstrations, troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Develop comprehensive project documentation, including policies, procedures, online user guides, desk manuals, and standard operating procedures.
Execute communication and training strategies for affected employees, providing updated manuals and conducting training sessions as new standards emerge.
Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related issues, tracking metrics and preparing periodic status reports for sponsors and stakeholders.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in Project Management.
PMP certification.
Proficiency in MS Project.
Advanced use of Microsoft Excel and Word.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
Ability to document complex business process workflows and programmatic processes.
Experience managing SaaS vendor relationships and implementations.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
