Description

You will lead project execution and program delivery within the oil and crude industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute complex programs focused on project delivery and results.
• Direct project lifecycles within the oil and crude sector.
• Oversee ETRM system implementations and integrations.
• Manage business change management practices within the organization.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in Program Management.
• Deep domain knowledge in the Oil and Crude industry.
• Extensive experience working with ETRM systems.
• Proven track record in project execution at a senior or lead level.
• Strong understanding of Business Change Management practices.
• Bachelor's degree or higher.

Preferred Skills

• Scrum and/or Kanban experience.
• Relevant professional certifications.
• Current residency in Houston, TX.
