Description

Lead complex enterprise software and hardware implementations across the full System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and stakeholder expectations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Define project deliverables, manage sprint plans, and prioritize backlogs for concurrent initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, resource allocations, and communication strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies to drive successful delivery.
• Identify dependencies, mitigate risks, and resolve scheduling conflicts to maintain project timelines.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and steering committee briefings to support informed decision-making.

Required Skills

• Minimum 12 years of project management experience with multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Proven track record leading at least four multi-year enterprise project implementations.
• Deep expertise in SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, and Atlassian Jira/Confluence.
• PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing cloud-based platforms (SaaS, PaaS) or infrastructure modernization.
• Background working with federal, state, or large enterprise organizations.
