Description

You will manage the S/4HANA transformation program, coordinating cross-project activities, IT application integrations, and organizational change management to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cross-project activities for S/4HANA prerequisites (MES, connectivity, data) and lead the integration of manufacturing IT applications with S/4HANA.
• Schedule and manage meetings with internal teams and external vendors, driving clear agendas, decisions, and documented outcomes.
• Capture, structure, and track all actions, dependencies, and risks arising from S/4 transformation workshops and project activities.
• Coordinate organizational change management, ensuring stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and readiness activities support system adoption.
• Share regular updates with project sponsors and project teams, capturing meeting minutes and communicating risks for timely resolution.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of strong project management and project coordination experience.
• Experience managing projects involving IT application integration.
• Proficiency in project management tools, specifically ADO and JIRA.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across global, cross-vendor teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt plans to ensure successful delivery.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing IT projects within the Manufacturing domain.
• Specific experience with SAP S/4HANA integrations.
