Description

You will lead large-scale enterprise transformation programs, managing cross-team dependencies, risks, and executive reporting.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Establish program governance, reporting structures, and operating cadence.
• Manage cross-team dependencies, risks, issues, and escalations.
• Drive capacity planning, resource management, and velocity tracking.
• Lead Agile/SAFe delivery, including PI Planning and release coordination.
• Provide executive-level status reporting and stakeholder communications.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in program management.
• Proven experience leading enterprise transformations with hundreds of resources.
• Strong Agile/Scrum/SAFe program management background.
• Expertise in governance, dependency management, and risk management.
• Experience managing complex data or enterprise platform initiatives.
• Strong understanding of LLM/GenAI technologies and enterprise applications.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Deep Agile experience with SAFe certification.
• Direct experience with Client 360 or similar platform initiatives.
