Description

You will lead complex projects and programs across business segments, managing scope, timelines, budgets, and cross-departmental communications.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate coordination between Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, Finance, and Operations to achieve common goals.
• Guide project teams through the stage gate process and New Product Development (NPD) lifecycles.
• Establish project schedules using critical path methods and proactively resolve timing or cost challenges.
• Remove obstacles and manage scope change requests to ensure team success.
• Analyze project post-mortems, warranty feedback, and labor reporting to drive continuous process improvements.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in project or program management, including process development and execution.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Expertise in NPD methodology and tools.
• Strong ability to lead strategic planning and manage complex project lifecycles.
• Proven capability to present technical information in business-friendly language to all organizational levels.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities and demands.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification.
• Experience with Planview project management software.
