Description

Lead enterprise Salesforce CRM project delivery and manage large-scale development teams across onshore and offshore models.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead teams of 15+ members through the full project lifecycle, ensuring governance and status reporting.
• Run discovery workshops to define project scope, client requirements, and Statements of Work.
• Coordinate activities between onshore and offshore teams to ensure seamless delivery and timing alignment.
• Contribute to proposal delivery sections and convert them into actionable project plans.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Salesforce CRM enterprise projects.
• Proven track record of completing at least 3 successful Salesforce project deliveries.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud.
• At least one or two basic Salesforce certifications (e.g., Admin, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud).
• Certified Scrum Master credential.
• Experience managing onshore-offshore delivery models.
• Strong communication skills for client-facing workshop facilitation.

Preferred Skills

• PMP, ITIL, or Prince 2 certification.
• Domain experience in manufacturing (specifically medical equipment).
• Experience with Manufacturing Cloud, Health Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Field Service, or Financial Services Cloud.
